茄子酱

前天买了一个很好很健康的茄子,没有硌牙的籽,茄身结实发亮。

刨了皮,是白白青青的肉,切成长条浸水,然后过掉变黄的水。

放油加蒜和姜,爆一下小银鱼干,再把茄子扔进去,炒至软身后,放盖过面的水,加上两大勺豆瓣酱,一点盐和糖,还有一点老干妈辣酱,焖到收水。

好的茄子很容易融化,有人不喜欢太软绵绵,可是我喜欢烂成一团酱。添了银鱼干和辣酱,风味更好,样子也很诱人。

用小碗盛好,放冰箱,吃的时候将面煮好过水,用茄子酱捞面,冬日的美食!

朋友说我没什么太大理想。没错,我就是吃到茄子就欢喜的单细胞生物~~啦啦啦。
